Certificate of analysis

Certificate of analysis is an official document signed by ROJE Quality Assurance that includes the product name, list of ingredients, product lot number, the analysis, the method used, results, conclusion of the analysis, the name of the analyst and the date of issuance of the document.

You can fill the following form and request certificates of analysis for your desired product.

The certificate of analysis will be emailed for you, in case you can request for the signed and stamped original documents to be posted for you. To request hard copy, you should write “I need the original document” and you should also leave your full address in the description box.
